At Vaikunth,previously known as Tashvika, we are committed to providing stellar service to our customers. All our products listed on site ( go through a stringent quality analysis check. The return policies are structured to enhance your purchase experience and provide hassle-free logistics for returns and refunds.

Return Process

The requests for Returns/Refunds of the products can be made within 2-5 days. Any later requests will not be approved. Some items have a short return period, and thus, the request depends upon the item ordered.

The notification for the Return status will be sent to the customer via email and text message, and the fees will be refunded within 7-8 working days.

The company is liable for the return and refund, only if;

  • The manufacturer has dispatched a wrong product,
  • The product delivered is having any of the following issues –
    • Manufacturing Defect
    • Damaged Product
    • Missing Item

1.Order Cancellation

If you wish to cancel an order for any reason, you can request so by contacting the Customer Support team or by sending an email to The complete payment, including the taxes, will be initiated after the cancellation process. However, if the product has been dispatched, you will not be able to request a cancellation. In this case, you can register for Return and Refund.

2.Manufacturing Defect or Damaged Item

If the product delivered is damaged or has a manufacturing defect, please send an email to, and attach the pictures of the compromised product(s) immediately. Post assessment and verification of the pictures, the refund or exchange will be initiated by our customer support staff.

3.Missing or Wrong Product Delivered

In case any item is missing or a different item is delivered, please lodge a complaint with our support team or write an email to Please note that you have to attach the photos in the email. However, the following conditions can be applied if the items in the delivered package are still unused and in the original conditions that they were delivered in. Our Customer Support team will get in touch and assist you at every step.

Missing Item

In the case of any item missing in the delivered package, the concerned item will be dispatched by our customer support team.

Wrong Item

If you have received a wrong item, you can file for the exchange of the product with the correct one.

How long will it take to receive the refund?

After the concerned item is picked by our delivery partner and verified, we will initiate the refund process. The amount will reflect in the customer’s account within 7-8 working days (depending upon the bank partner). However, it can be extended depending upon the verification of the concerned item.
